Are you a Dispensing Patient?

If you live more than one mile from your nearest chemist we are able to dispense your medication.   For every item we dispense the medical centre receives a dispensing fee and we are reliant on this income to secure the future of the medical centre. If you are a patient living more than 1 mile from a Chemist please consider carefully the ramifications, to patients and to the future of the Medical Centre, of collecting your medication from another outlet or opting to have your medication delivered by an outside agency, with whom we have no connection. Thank you for your consideration.

We are open 8.00am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Appointments are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse please call us on 01460 55300, or use our new online Emis Access Service (you must register to use this service – contact us for details) or come into the surgery to book an appointment.  Telephone consultations are also available with our doctors and nurses. Please ask a receptionist for details.

To contact the Dispensary please call 01460 55511.

Please note that we are now carrying out patient’s annual reviews during their birthday month.

These reviews are done for long-term conditions such as Asthma, Diabetes and Hypertension (high blood pressure). If you are on any medication you will also need a medication review. Carrying out reviews during your birthday month is designed to be an easy way to help you remember when they are due and that  it is time to book the relevant appointments. Reviews for long-term conditions are done with one of our nurses and our medication reviews are carried out our Pharmacist Brendon. It is important to book in for reviews as they ensure that your condition can be monitored and you are given the appropriate care. To book in for a review please ring Reception on 01460 55300.
